Permission to be Free is an online emotional eating course that consists of several materials. First of all, you will find one or more videos per module including transcripts (some people rather read instead of watching a video).
Besides that, there are two simple but healthy food plans. One for participants who want to lose weight and work on their overeating habits and one for the participants who do not have to lose weight but only want to work on their eating habits. This way you can cut through all the doubts you might have about what to eat and not to eat to eat healthy *and* reach your goals.
In each module, you will also find additional materials to work on either one of the four levels I’ve explained earlier to really dive into the reasons why you hold on to your excess weight. It consists of explaining how the body works, how the mind works, exercises, journaling, even guided meditations are part of this course. By the end of this course, you will understand so much more about dieting, emotional eating, and mindset that you’ve laid a powerful foundation for your future results.
I share stuff from my own journey, exercises I do, daily routines I’ve implemented etc. Stuff that helped me lose more than 115 lbs and that helped my clients lose a lot of weight as well. This way you can cut through the “information overload” online to go straight to reaching your health goals.
Connected to the course is a Facebook Group that provides a social connection which is extremely important in healing emotional eating. Since eating often happens in secret you’ll learn to move from talking about a mistake afterward to preventing a mishap before it happens.
